Kiwanis Club of Historic Newburgh

Welcome to the Historic Newburgh Kiwanis Club. You will find this club to be a friendly and interesting venue for civic service, networking and fellowship. Our club began in 1988, but it is a part of an international organization which has existed since 1915 and has been in the Evansville area since 1918. Kiwanis is involved in community betterment of all kinds, with emphasis on service to children and young people. Worldwide, Kiwanis International is dedicated to eliminating Iodine Deficiency Disorder (IDD), a leading cause of mental retardation. Statewide, Kiwanis supports Riley Hospital for Children. Located in Indianapolis, Riley provides specialty pediatric care to kids from all over the state - including our area.

Locally, we concentrate on service projects and fundraising. Our club participates with several organizations and offers them our time and resources.
